Hotel overnight stays increased by 17.2% up to May, exceeding pre-pandemic data

The overnight stays in Spanish hotel establishments HE increased by 17.2% during the first five months of the year, exceeding those registered in 2019, according to data from the Hotel Occupancy Survey (EOH) made public today by the National Institute of Statistics (INE) that show how prices have also registered double-digit increases in many autonomous communities.
