The president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), Luis Rubiales, assured this Tuesday that the entity “deserves more facilities”for which he has proposed to build a national stadium, “with between 30,000 and 40,000 spectators and on his own land”, after “many years of working hard” and to grow his own assets.
