Food inflation continues on its slow path of moderation. The processes associated with the food industry registered a price rise of only one tenth in May, which allows us to place the interannual rate at 10.6%. It is the lowest level since the start of the war in Ukraine in February 2022. It is a leading and approximate indicator of food inflation, which according to the latest CPI stands at 12.0%.
